Job summary

Engenious is seeking a MuleSoft & Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project on a global Installed Base Management platform used across sales and service. You will integrate data across Salesforce, SAP and internal systems, supporting lifecycle tracking and analytics.

The role requires strong experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce in an international context, with remote-friendly options and a B2B contract. Kraków-based or fully remote from Poland are supported.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with MuleSoft.

• Support development and maintenance of the global Installed Base Management platform.

• Track service events, maintenance schedules and service opportunities.

Engenious is looking for aMuleSoft & Salesforce Developerto join a long-term project for one of our clients. The project focuses on the development and maintenance of a global Installed Base Management platform used internally across sales and service functions. The platform combines core database information with financial, customer and sales data and provides end-to-end product lifecycle information. It supports service growth, proactive service offerings, customer satisfaction and feedback to product and system engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the global Installed Base Management platform.
• Manage a single source of truth for technical details, customer data and physical locations of installed products.
• Support product lifecycle tracking from initial installation through active usage to final dismantling.
• Track service events, maintenance schedules and service opportunities.
• Develop and maintain analytics tools, reports and dynamic dashboards, including drill-down functionality.
• Ensure seamless data flow between the platform and core enterprise systems, includingSalesforce and SAP.
• Work with data related to products, customers, sales, finance and service processes.

Requirements
