Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow, Poland is seeking an MSS Senior Business Analyst to join Product Control & Traded Risk on a hybrid contract. You will bridge Product Control and Traded Risk, analyze FX position processes, and improve data governance across desks.

You will collaborate with Markets and Securities Services stakeholders, drive data quality initiatives, and support data exception resolution through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Markets and Securities Services experience in a line role.
• Knowledge of Global Market Products and FX positions.
• 2+ years of project delivery, improving data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand FX position processes and data capture methods.
• Educate Traded Risk teams on Product Control processes for FX positions and P&L.
• Analyse P&L data explanations and identify root causes of exceptions.
• Improve governance of Product Control adjustments through data quality analysis and review tooling.
• Manage resolution of data exceptions, including documentation, design, testing, and implementation.
• Support the Product Control Change Manager with high-quality project analysis.
• Coordinate with IT to assess estimates and provide clear documentation.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and operational risk standards.

They are currently seeking an experienced MSS Senior Business Analyst to join their Product Control team in Krakow. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of finance, risk management, and technology, improving critical processes that support their trading operations.

Position Overview

As an MSS Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging Product Control and Traded Risk functions. You will analyse FX position processes, improve data quality and governance, and manage the resolution of data exceptions. This position requires someone who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders, understand complex financial products, and drive improvements through the full project lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of trading operations across the organisation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Markets and Securities Services through a line role
• Strong knowledge of Global Market Products and their behaviours
• At least two years of project delivery experience, preferably improving data quality, governance, and data lineage
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, with a relevant qualification preferred
• Part-qualified accountant status is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
