Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking a Service Developer to own the end-to-end service architecture, workflows and integrations across the Self Service Portal ecosystem. You will analyse business needs, design and implement solutions using BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate, and manage API integrations.

• Experience as a Service Developer or similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms.
• Experience building services, workflows and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing, building, and supporting API integrations.
• Strong experience with SQL, database design, and data modelling.
• Experience maintaining databases and ownership of data solutions.
• Understanding of data ownership, governance and data quality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem. Analyse business needs and turn them into practical solutions. Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP), Power Apps and Power Automate. Design, build and maintain API integrations between above systems. Create, maintain and support databases used by the services. Take ownership of databases and their data, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance standards are followed. Create and maintain workflows, forms and service processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams. Support incident resolution, testing and continuous improvements.

Must-have knowledge and experience

• Experience as an Service Developer or similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms.
• Experience building services, workflows and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
