Job summary

Simple Life’s Simple Move team is hiring a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to shape movement programs, blending user needs, product goals, expert input, and performance insights into engaging guided experiences that help users stay motivated and build lasting habits.

You’ll partner with our LTV/product leads to define hypotheses, set priorities, and deliver high-quality, scalable content using AI tools and CMS workflows. Remote, in-office, and hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product.
• Ability to set KPIs, read engagement and retention metrics, and drive content decisions.
• Able to work fast and autonomously, iterating from drafts and hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LTV product manager to translate hypotheses into build cycles.
• Own program quality and delivery, ensuring content aligns with goals and timelines.
• Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiments and assemble final programs in the CMS.
• Create and improve programs from market performance data and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with medical/fitness expert for safety verification and review.
• Track program performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets and feed learnings back.
