Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 8 лет в моушн-дизайне и создание анимаций для гейминга.
• Глубокое владение After Effects и 3D-софтами (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
• Работа с рендерингом (Octane/Redshift), текстуринг и освещением.
• Сильная база в графическом дизайне, компоновке, цветовой теории и типографике.

Responsibilities

• Создавать качественные 2D/3D анимации в рамках целей проекта и бренда.
• Разрабатывать стилистические кадры, раскадровки и look-dev для сложных проектов.
• Переводить креативные брифы в готовые анимационные решения и поддерживать визуальную консистентность.
• Создавать гибкие шаблоны анимаций и системы typography для многоязычных релизов.

CD PROJEKT RED creates story-driven RPGs designed to engage gamers emotionally. Its Motion Design & 3D team shapes the visual language of trailers, promotional videos, and marketing assets for the company’s games and franchises.

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations end-to-end according to project goals and brand standards
• Design and prepare optimized static assets for animation workflows
• Develop style frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments for complex, high-stakes projects
• Interpret creative briefs and apply brand style guides across deliverables
• Build flexible animation templates and design systems for multiple languages, complex typography formats, and varied aspect ratios
• Champion a collaborative, positive, and inclusive creative environment

Требования

• 8+ Years of experience in motion design
• Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
• Experience with rendering using Octane or Redshift, texturing, and lighting
• Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, composition, color theory, and typography
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to create storyboards, style frames, and visual look-dev treatments for campaign directions
• Experience in color correction, VFX, and post-production
• Experience setting up scalable project files, modular templates, and typography systems for multilingual global releases and varied aspect ratios
• Deep understanding of game development marketing formats, including gameplay trailers, social teasers, and localized ads
• Ability to maintain visual consistency across distinct gaming franchises
• Ability to manage time during fast-paced production cycles while maintaining quality and technical precision
• Nice to have: Experience with Substance 3D Painter and ZBrush, custom texturing, and high-to-low poly workflows for game assets used in marketing deliverables.
