CD PROJEKT RED ищет руководителя команды QA в Варшаве для ведения и развития отдела тестирования игровых проектов. Вы будете формировать стратегию QA, координировать работу с командами разработки и внешними поставщиками, обеспечивая соответствие критериям качества на каждом этапе проекта.

Кандидату предстоит развивать процессы, управлять метриками качества, анализировать риски и внедрять улучшения в тестовую инфраструктуру, чтобы обеспечить успешную реализацию AAA-тайтлов.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта руководства или управления QA-командами.
• 5+ лет опыта прямого управления эффективностью и развитием сотрудников.
• Глубокие знания методологий тестирования, рабочих процессов по исправлению дефектов, планирования тестирования и отчетности.
• Опыт работы с игровыми движками и редакторами, предпочтительно Unreal Engine.
• Понимание жизненного цикла разработки игр и умение разрабатывать тестовые стратегии проверки интеграции, стресс-тестирования, производительности и устойчивости.
• Опыт работы с метриками QA и KPI, тенденциями ошибок.
• Опыт анализа производительности, инструментов профилирования, анализа сбоев, тестирования на платформах/консолях.
• Сильные коммуникационные навыки и управление заинтересованными сторонами.
• Опыт работы с внешними QA-поставщиками и распределенными командами.
• Сильная приверженность ценностям RED и лидерству.

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять, наставлять и развивать команду QA для игр, обеспечивая ответственность и ясность ролей.
• Адаптировать и внедрять общую стратегию Polaris QA в практические подходы к тестированию и приоритетам команды.
• Владеть выполнением тестирования и верификацией этапов, обеспечивая своевременность и качество задач.
• Контролировать метрики качества, KPI и тенденции ошибок для выявления рисков и вырабатывания планов mitigations.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, продакшном и внешними QA-поставщиками для координации зависимостей и запросов по геймплею.
• Предоставлять ясные, информированные отчеты о качестве, блокировках и готовности проекта для заинтересованных сторон.
• Стремиться к постоянному улучшению QA-рабочих процессов, инструментов, тестовых фреймворков и документации.
• Оказывать помощь в сложных расследованиях, анализе проблем и отладке по мере необходимости.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the gameplay QA team while fostering accountability, role clarity, and continuous skill growth;
• Adapt and implement the overarching Polaris QA strategy into practical testing approaches, measurable outcomes, and clear team priorities;
• Own testing execution and milestone verification to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet gameplay quality standards;
• Monitor gameplay quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify risks early and build practical mitigation plans;
• Partner with development, production, and external QA vendors to coordinate dependencies, gameplay requests, and alignment;
• Maintain clear, data-informed reporting on quality status, blockers, and project readiness for all relevant stakeholders;
• Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, testing frameworks, technical documentation, and overall team effectiveness;
• Provide direct assistance with complex investigations, issue analysis, and debugging workflows when required.

• 5+ Years of experience leading or managing QA teams;
• 5+ Years of experience with direct performance management and career development;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, defect management, test planning, test coverage, QA practices, and quality reporting;
• Experience with game engines and editors, preferably Unreal Engine;
• Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and ability to develop and execute testing strategies covering integration, stress, performance, stability, tools, engine, platform, and technical feature validation;
• Experience with QA metrics, KPIs, and bug trends;
• Experience with performance analysis, profiling tools, crash analysis, memory investigations, platform-specific testing, or console development environments;
• Experience with Unreal insights, engine profiling, and crash debugging;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, test plans, test reports, dashboards, or quality summaries;
• Experience improving QA workflows, reporting models, dashboards, technical metrics, or test management processes;
• Experience working with external QA vendors, distributed QA teams, or cross-location development teams;
• Strong ownership, accountability, emotional maturity, and ability to work effectively under pressure, ambiguity, and changing priorities;
• Strong alignment with RED values and ability to act as a role model in leadership;
• Nice to have: Experience working on AAA Titles, experience with User Experience Research (UXR), focus groups, usability testing, and gathering player feedback, experience with automation frameworks, automated test authorship, build verification, CI/CD pipelines, or technical validation workflows, interest in the Cyberpunk universe.
