Job summary

tribe47 is seeking a part-time Motion Designer / 3D Generalist to connect 3D modeling, motion design and live-action assets into cohesive videos for diverse clients. You will create realistic 3D visuals and product animations, translate features into engaging stories, and collaborate with the Tribers team.

• 3D modeling – hands-on experience creating product models and packaging using Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Motion design – ability to create dynamic 2D and 3D animations and animate graphic elements and products.
• 3D animation and rendering – understanding of animation, textures, materials, lighting, and rendering.
• Video editing and post-production – experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Compositing – ability to combine 3D renders with live-action footage and visual effects.
• Visual storytelling – ability to communicate product functionality and benefits through animation and video.
• Content adaptation – preparing video assets for Meta Ads, paid social campaigns, and organic social channels.
• AI tools (nice to have) – familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools such as Runway or Kling.

What skills and experience are crucial for us?
