Job summary

tribe47 is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to craft high-performing visual content for social media and paid campaigns. You will work independently, move fast, and own projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring visuals align with campaign goals and brand standards.

Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills are required, with strong Polish language proficiency (C1). The role offers B2B or UZ mandatos, and the team emphasizes fast execution, ideation, and creative experimentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing landing pages and digital assets for performance campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid social formats and best practices for creative performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (our main working tool) — must-have
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro depending on strengths)
• Strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Experience independently managing the full creative process — from concept to final delivery
• Ability to create assets quickly while maintaining high creative quality and consistency
• Active, practical use of AI tools in the creative process (nice-to-have / strong plus)— e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Gemini or similar
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad concepts, performance-focused visuals or digital campaigns (must-have)
• Polish language proficiency minimum C1
• Nice to have: experience with DTP.

What type of people are we looking for?

We’re looking for a designer who knows how to create high-performing visual content for social media and paid campaigns—someone who understands what works in digital and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives. You should feel comfortable working independently, moving fast, and owning projects from concept to final delivery. Someone who:

• has hands-on experience creating creatives for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns
• understands formats, trends, hooks, and what performs across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or other digital channels
• can design static and motion creatives optimized for paid social performance
• works independently and takes ownership from concept to final output
• combines strong visual design skills with fast, efficient execution
• knows how to maintain visual consistency while adapting creatives to campaign goals
• actively uses AI as a creative support tool to speed up ideation, production, and experimentation (not as a replacement for design thinking)
• is curious, proactive, and constantly testing new ways of creating

Here’s what you can expect from us:

70-80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).

Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
