Job summary

tribe47 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Consultant (part-time) in Warszawa to lead strategic engagements with ecommerce clients across industries. You will diagnose businesses, translate insights into actionable roadmaps, and guide projects from workshops to final recommendations.

You'll collaborate with strategy, design, development, and marketing teams, build long-term client relationships, and drive growth while thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with ecommerce clients across multiple industries.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Project-based background with varied previous environments.
• Experience in agencies or consulting is a plus.

Who You Are

• You have strong experience working directly with ecommerce clients – not just one or two, but multiple, across different industries and organizational levels, including C-level executives and boards.
• You can independently diagnose an e-commerce business, work with sales and marketing data, connect insights across channels, and turn them into a clear, prioritized and executable strategy
• You’re confident in leading strategic conversations, facilitating workshops, and building genuine, long-term client relationships.
• Your background is project-based and diverse – you haven’t spent your entire career in one company, but instead have delivered several meaningful projects in different environments.
• Ideally, you’ve worked in agencies or consulting firms, but that’s not a must.
• You bring excellent soft skills – you listen actively, manage expectations, communicate clearly, and translate business needs into actionable ideas.
• You’re comfortable leading client workshops and creating and delivering compelling presentations.
• You’re independent, proactive, and communicative, thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Lead strategy in close collaboration with clients from various industries – from strategic workshops to final recommendations and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, helping clients define business goals and translate them into project directions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, design, development, marketing) to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
• Create presentations, reports, and materials that effectively communicate the value of proposed solutions.
