Требуется опыт создания креативов, знание форматов платной рекламы и владение Figma и пакетами Adobe. Частичная занятость с оплатой 70–80 PLN в час и гибкими условиями сотрудничества.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Создавать высокоэффективный визуальный контент для соцсетей и платных кампаний.
• Разрабатывать статические и анимационные креативы, улучшенные для performance.
• Самостоятельно управлять креативным процессом от идеи до финального продукта.
• Поддерживать визуальную консистентность, адаптируя под цели кампаний.
• Использовать AI-инструменты для идей, производства и экспериментов.
• Проверять новые подходы к креативу.

Задачи:

• Create high-performing visual content for social media and paid campaigns
• Design static and motion creatives optimized for paid social performance
• Manage the creative process independently, from concept to final delivery
• Maintain visual consistency while adapting creatives to campaign goals
• Use AI tools to support ideation, production, and experimentation
• Test new creative approaches

Требования:

• Proven experience creating social media ad creatives and digital assets for performance campaigns
• Strong understanding of paid social formats and creative performance best practices
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro
• Strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Ability to create assets quickly while maintaining high creative quality and consistency
• Polish proficiency at minimum C1
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad concepts, performance-focused visuals, or digital campaigns
• Будет плюсом: experience with DTP, practical use of AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or Gemini

Условия:

• 70-80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement)
• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ)
