Job summary

Demant in Warsaw is seeking a Test Developer to join an agile R&D team, contributing to a mobile healthcare solution for users worldwide. You will handle testing across devices, Bluetooth protocols, and Auracast integration, collaborating with product owners and developers to ensure high-quality releases.

The role involves designing and executing test cases, developing automation strategies, and participating in end-to-end testing processes in a multisite international setup.

Qualifications

2+ years of software testing experience.
ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn AI for automation.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual & automated).
Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Team Coach, Development Team, Management).
Create test plans and perform planning activities. Define test objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios (automated & manual).
Provide high and low-level estimates of testing efforts.
Be a member of an agile team, focusing on team goals/objectives.
