Qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience.

Purpose of the position

As a Test Developer, you will be part of an agile team responsible for the development of the mobile app supporting our most modern and highly complex hearing aids. The solution is packed with high-end features and must be compatible with a wide range of mobile phone models, Bluetooth protocols as well as the brand-new Auracast technology.

This is a challenging position where the Test Developer works in a multisite, cross-cultural, international team and gets involved in the whole process from requirement specifications over design and implementation to final test and documentation.

It would be great if you have:

• Education: preferably higher education, in technical or related fields
• Experience: 2+ years in related fields, including technical experience in software testing and quality assurance management
• ISTQB and other relevant certifications
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
• Willingness to learn and apply AI in order to improve/automate various processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps will be a plus
