Job summary

FORM is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to step into a technical leadership role while staying hands-on. You will guide architecture, mentoring, and delivery for the Android platform, collaborating with global teams across the US, Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine.

The role emphasizes ownership beyond code, including team processes and roadmap influence, with strong communication to both engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with modern Android architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Proven mentoring or tech-lead experience in mobile teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features of the Android app used by field teams.
• Lead architecture decisions and set code quality standards for the Android team.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and pairing sessions.
• Collaborate with iOS, backend, QA, and ML/IR teams across multiple countries.
• Drive improvements in build pipelines, testing strategies, and workflows.
