Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking a Principal Mobile Application Penetration Tester to lead end-to-end mobile security assessments for a global client base. Based in Cracow with a hybrid work model, you will shape testing methodologies, deliver actionable remediation guidance, and align stakeholders around risk.

You will test iOS and Android apps, apply MASVS/MSTG guidance, mentor regional teams, and contribute to tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing with mobile apps.
• Experience testing iOS and Android apps and identifying mobile risks.
• Strong MASVS/MSTG knowledge and secure SDLC understanding.
• Clear communication of complex security issues to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile application penetration tests from scoping to reporting.
• Deliver remediation guidance and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Set and evolve mobile testing playbooks and standards across teams.
• Collaborate with global testing leads to align methods and share insights.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base of findings, trends, and lessons learned.
• Support vulnerability management lifecycle and incident response when needed.
