Software Mind Poland is seeking a Tech Lead / Software Architect to shape the technical direction of our web and mobile platforms. You will serve as the main technical contact for business stakeholders, define and evolve system architecture, and ensure high quality, scalability and security across the stack.

You will collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic architectural

Qualifications

• Strong experience in designing and leading modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on with AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Solid experience with React and Next.js in production environments.
• Familiarity with authentication and security solutions such as Auth0.
• Experience with event-driven and serverless architectures.
• Proficient in REST API design and integration.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the system architecture across backend, frontend, mobile and cloud.
• Lead technical design decisions and ensure architectural consistency.
• Drive AI, low code/no code and innovation initiatives to accelerate delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, reviews and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance and security of the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
