Job summary

The Codest is hiring for an Android mobile developer to work on a high-traffic e-commerce integration project. You will design fluid user flows, implement native dashboards, and ensure secure identity verification and OAuth-based token handovers.

Join a team focused on scalable mobile solutions, deep-linking, and secure webview integrations, with English communication at B2+ level and opportunities to grow in a global IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Android platform and Kotlin/Java.
• Experience consuming and integrating remote RESTful APIs in mobile clients.
• Proven experience with secure session management, secure webviews, token handovers, and OAuth flow implementations on mobile.
• Ability to create smooth, high-performance user interfaces.
• English at least B2+.

Responsibilities

Project description:

Our client is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Europe, used by millions of users every day. The company connects sellers - from small businesses to global brands - with customers, offering a vast product selection, fast delivery, and a well-crafted shopping experience.

The primary objective is to natively integrate partner ecosystems directly into the Purchaser's core, high-traffic mobile application.

The role:

• Customer Experience & UI Design: Designing and implementing fluid customer flows (CX) and custom native dashboards.

• Security & Identity Management: Implementing and maintaining secure identity verification sequences.

• Integration & Deep-Linking: Developing robust deep-linking mechanisms and secure webview integrations to safely connect the Purchaser's mobile application with external partner systems

• Strong knowledge of the Android platform and deep expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.

• Extensive experience consuming and integrating remote B2B RESTful APIs in mobile clients.

• Proven experience with secure session management, secure webviews, token handovers, and OAuth flow implementations on mobile.

• Ability to create smooth, high-performance user interfaces.

• English min B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with mobile app accessibility guidelines (a11y) on Android.

• Previous experience in e-commerce apps, mobile subscription flows, or native payment SDKs.
