ipracujzdalnie.pl is looking for a Fullstack Mobile Developer (Kotlin, Java Backend) to join our client’s team. You will contribute to modern digital financial products, building mobile apps and backend services across platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-platform development with Kotlin Multiplatform, cloud services, and CI/CD. You will collaborate with multiple teams, mentor juniors, and help deliver production-ready features with a focus on quality, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Very good experience in creating mobile applications.
• Good knowledge of iOS and Android application architecture and their key components.
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architecture patterns.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated tests and production environments.
• Ability to independently take features from design to production.
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing features of mobile applications used by real users.
• Developing shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Creating backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

Key Duties

• You will join a team developing modern digital financial products used by a large number of customers.
• You will work on mobile applications, shared business logic, backend services, and production systems.
• The organization is moving toward smaller teams with greater product ownership, wider code sharing across platforms, and practical use of AI tools in the development process.
• We do not expect knowledge of all technologies from day one. Important are technological curiosity, a practical approach, and the ability to learn quickly.
