Job summary

The Codest in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our client-focused mobile team. You will design and implement native UI flows and dashboards for a leading European e-commerce platform.

Project description:

Our client is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Europe, used by millions of users every day. The company connects sellers - from small businesses to global brands - with customers, offering a vast product selection, fast delivery, and a well-crafted shopping experience.

The primary objective is to natively integrate partner ecosystems directly into the Purchaser's core, high-traffic mobile application.

The role:

• Customer Experience & UI Design: Designing and implementing fluid customer flows (CX) and custom native dashboards.

• Security & Identity Management: Implementing and maintaining secure identity verification sequences.

• Integration & Deep-Linking: Developing robust deep-linking mechanisms and secure webview integrations to safely connect the Purchaser's mobile application with external partner systems

• Strong knowledge of the Android platform and deep expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.

• Extensive experience consuming and integrating remote B2B RESTful APIs in mobile clients.

• Proven experience with secure session management, secure webviews, token handovers, and OAuth flow implementations on mobile.

• Ability to create smooth, high-performance user interfaces.

• English min B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with mobile app accessibility guidelines (a11y) on Android.

• Previous experience in e-commerce apps, mobile subscription flows, or native payment SDKs.
