Everis is a remote-first software company recruiting for a mobile engineering role focused on Pebble, a language-learning app for iOS and Android. You will prototype, ship, and iterate on product-led growth initiatives, balancing strong engineering with fast experimentation.

You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership, shaping product outcomes while shipping production mobile apps and owning end-to-end improvements in onboarding, activation, and retention.

• Evidence of growth, experimentation, or product ownership.
• Ability to think beyond implementation and influence product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and improve Pebble’s mobile applications.
• Identify friction across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, monetization.
• Turn product questions into experiments, prototypes, and A/B tests.
• Use data to decide what to build next and define success metrics.
• Work closely with founders, product, and business leadership.
• Balance engineering speed with learning through testing.
