Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Mobile Developer to join our Mobile Domain team in Poland. You will build a cross-platform mobile solution using Flutter, integrated with native Android and iOS applications, delivering features end-to-end with a focus on offline capabilities and scalable components.

You will work on state-of-the-art architectures, contribute to AI-assisted development, and mentor peers while collaborating with the Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, QA, and Product teams to shape robust mobile

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development.
• Strong hands-on Flutter and Dart.
• Experience integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow (e.g., BLoC).
• Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID, DI, and modular design.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline/sync scenarios.
• Familiarity with native mobile tech (Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift).
• Excellent testing practices (unit and widget tests).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis.
• Interest or exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile features end to end across Flutter and native Android/iOS layers.

• Occasionally contribute to backend (.NET/C#) or web (Angular/TypeScript) components.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join Creatio’s Mobile Domain team and help build product experiences for users who work on the go.

You will work on a cross-platform mobile solution built with Flutter and integrated with native Android and iOS applications. The role combines cross-platform development, native integrations, offline scenarios, and reusable configurable components within Creatio’s metadata-driven platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership at the feature and component level. You will design and deliver features end to end while working with modern engineering approaches, including AI-assisted and agentic development.

Requirements

Must have

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications and working with platform-specific functionality.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow, such as BLoC.
• Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline/synchronization scenarios.
• Familiarity with at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Strong testing practices, including unit and widget testing.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis.
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or strong interest in this area.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Backend (C#/.NET) or web (Angular/TypeScript) experience for occasional full-stack contributions.
• Experience with SDK development, packaging, linting, and unit testing.
• Experience with metadata- or schema-driven UI.
• Background in CRM, ERP, field service, or other data-heavy enterprise mobile applications.
• Experience with native device capabilities and integrations (e.g. geolocation, camera, push notifications, OAuth/SSO), real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, and localization.
• Experience with enterprise mobility, including MDM/MAM, enterprise distribution, and corporate security requirements.
