Job summary

Itcharm, an international product technology company developing consumer-facing mobile applications for a global audience, is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team in Warsaw. You will build cross‑platform apps for iOS and Android with a focus on performance and pixel‑perfect UI.

You will collaborate with Design and Backend teams, design modular architectures, and apply testing and profiling practices to ensure quality code.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart experience.
• Strong Flutter SDK knowledge: widget lifecycle, state management, animations.
• Advanced Dart skills including asynchronous programming, isolates, generics and mixins.
• Experience with custom UI components and pixel-perfect layouts with 60/120 FPS.
• Experience with Bloc, Cubit, or Provider.
• Knowledge of SOLID and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on Flutter DevTools and performance profiling.
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, in-app purchases, and push notifications.
• Understanding of iOS/Android ecosystems and platform channels.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Russian language level C1+.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Identify and resolve performance issues related to rendering, scrolling, rebuilds, and memory usage.
• Collaborate with Design and Backend teams to deliver a smooth user experience across iOS and Android.
• Improve code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and automated testing.
• Integrate analytics, in-app purchases, push notifications, and other third-party services.

Requirements
