Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an MLOps Support Engineer to join a dedicated team supporting a regulated medical technology platform. You will manage the day‑to‑day data and ML infrastructure, unblock data workflows, and optimize AWS resources.

The role requires scripting in Python/Bash, SQL querying, and strong RBAC/compliance understanding. You will collaborate with Research, Clinical, and Engineering teams to ensure secure, production‑grade data pipelines, support third‑party integrations like

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven MLOps, Data Engineering, or Cloud DevOps experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience: EC2, S3, IAM, Cost Explorer, cross-region networking.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL for data tasks.
• Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Dagster).
• Solid data security practices, RBAC, and handling production data safely.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine data staging and extraction requests for Research and Clinical teams.
• Execute cloud cost-control initiatives across AWS infrastructure.
• Design secure, compliant data workflows with RBAC and anonymization where needed.
• Act as primary technical contact for ad-hoc MLOps requests and troubleshoot pipelines.
• Onboard and integrate third‑party platforms (e.g., Datavant).
• Identify opportunities to improve data operations, cost, and security workflows.
• Operate in a regulated medical tech context balancing compliance and delivery.
