Job summary

DCG is seeking a skilled ML Platform Engineer to design and maintain scalable model development pipelines. You will build CI templates, work with ML Engineering and actuaries to ensure reliable training pipelines, and implement monitoring for performance and security across the AI platform.

The role emphasizes end-to-end platform ops, cloud management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable continuous innovation. Fluency in English required; Polish not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python data science tools: pandas, pyspark, sklearn, and shap.
• Experience with LangChain or smolagents for GenAI workflows.
• Familiar with PowerBI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Strong DevOps with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Experience deploying models via APIs (Flask, FastAPI).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Attention to detail and English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Create CI templates for model development ensuring version control, testing and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering and actuaries to audit and optimize model pipelines.
• Develop monitoring strategies for performance and reliability of the system.
• Oversee AI platform operations for high availability and secure data handling.
• Manage cloud resources for cost, performance and security compliance.
