Job summary

Vention in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an AI Solution Architect to design, roll out, and operationalize AI-first delivery models across the SDLC. You’ll join a senior R&D team where experimentation is encouraged, ownership is broad, and emerging technologies are turned into practical capabilities for teams and projects.

You’ll own AI architecture, define rollout plans, and set governance and metrics to improve speed, quality, and business impact, while scaling proven workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect with ownership of technical architecture.
• Strong architectural judgment for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience designing AI-first workflows across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development in real delivery environments.
• Experience rolling out workflows across teams and scaling them beyond a single project.
• Experience building rollout plans, adoption roadmaps, tracking mechanisms and effectiveness metrics.
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the team.

At Vention, we are driving AI transformation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a large-scale enterprise environment. At the center of this work is AI Forge, our AI-native SDLC platform. It combines an application that makes delivery progress and outcomes visible with the Vention SDLC Skill Pack: a ready-to-use framework of AI agents, spec-driven workflows, and integrations with issue trackers, Git, Figma, test management, and AI coding tools.

This transformation began within a complex enterprise product, where planning, specification, development, testing, and delivery are being redefined through AI-enabled and spec-driven workflows. Today, that product stands at the center of a broader rollout, with the approach already expanding across early-adopter teams and a long-term ambition to scale across 200+ client engagements across the company.

What you bring

• Experience designing and implementing AI-first workflows across the software delivery lifecycle
• Hands‑on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) in real delivery environments
• Experience rolling out workflows across teams and scaling them beyond a single project
• Experience building rollout plans, adoption roadmaps, tracking mechanisms, and effectiveness metrics
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the team
