Job summary

EPAM приглашает инженера по анализу данных и агентам GenAI для разработки и улучшения интеллектуальных агентов в рамках аналитических сценариев. Ваша задача — строить решения на Snowflake, интегрировать их с семантическими моделями и бизнес-метриками, оценивать качество и безопасность выводов, а также сотрудничать с техническими и бизнес-стейкхолдерами.

Требуется опыт работы с SQL, пламенный интерес к аналитике и умение объяснять сложные концепции как техникам, так и бизнесу.

Qualifications

• Требуется 5+ лет опыта в аналитике данных, ИИ-инжиниринге или смежной области.
• Практический опыт настройки агентов и GenAI-аналитики, включая решения с вопросами на естественном языке об enterprise-данных.
• Умение работать с SQL и анализом данных.

Responsibilities

• Определение, настройка, тестирование и постоянное улучшение агентов для аналитических задач.
• Разработка инструкций агентов, рабочих процессов, защит и критериев оценки.
• Встроение агентов преимущественно в Snowflake и интеграция с семантическими моделями и управляемыми данными.
• Оценка точности, релевантности, безопасности и бизнес-ценности ответов.
• Документация, тестирование, мониторинг и управление жизненным циклом агентов.

EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators. The AI solution enables business users to ask natural-language questions about enterprise data.

Задачи:

• Define, configure, test, and continuously improve AI agents for analytical use cases
• Develop agent instructions, workflows, tools, guardrails, and evaluation criteria
• Build agents primarily within Snowflake
• Integrate agents with semantic models, governed data products, and business metrics
• Evaluate response accuracy, relevance, consistency, security, and business value
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable agent capabilities
• Establish documentation, testing standards, monitoring practices, and lifecycle management for agents
• Apply SQL, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills to daily work

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in data analytics, AI engineering, or related fields
• Practical experience with agent configuration and GenAI-assisted analytics, including analytical solutions that allow users to ask natural-language questions about enterprise data
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex, Cortex Agents, and Cortex Analyst
• Understanding of Snowflake data, security, and access-control concepts
• Ability to understand semantic models, business metrics, and relationships between data entities
• Experience evaluating GenAI outputs and systematically identifying quality gaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of agent observability, evaluation metrics, automated testing, and cost monitoring
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and business audiences
• English proficiency at a B2+ level
• Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector search, and grounding techniques, experience with Python, APIs, and Git, Snowflake or AWS certification.
