IBM Consulting builds long-term client relationships and collaborates with companies across industries to support their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, using IBM technology, Red Hat, and strategic partnerships to drive client impact.

Задачи:

• Lead data engineering initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production deployment serving AI use cases;
• Design and build ELT pipelines loading data from Azure Blob Storage into Snowflake;
• Develop and maintain dbt transformation models to deliver scalable, reliable analytics datasets;
• Write Python scripts for data orchestration and advanced transformations;
• Leverage Snowflake-specific features and Snowflake Cortex for AI-driven use cases;
• Act as a technical bridge between business users and delivery teams;
• Identify and unblock delivery bottlenecks before they become problems;
• Propose improvements, new approaches, and solutions.

Требования:

• 5+ Years in data engineering or analytics engineering with a modern data stack focus;
• 4+ Years of hands-on Snowflake experience, including advanced and platform-specific features;
• 3+ Years of hands-on dbt Cloud experience in production environments;
• Solid Python skills for orchestration and transformation use cases;
• Strong experience with Azure and Azure Blob Storage integrations;
• Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, solution-oriented, and an effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences;
• Master's Degree;
• English at B1 level;
• Nice to have: Exposure to Snowflake Cortex, familiarity with ML lifecycle concepts (training vs inference), excellent communication skills across vendors and business stakeholders, relevant Snowflake or Azure certifications, education in AI, Data Science, Big Data, ML or similar, PowerBI skills or experience, expert-level dbt knowledge.
