Job summary

Sky Spy Inc. seeks a Hardware Design Engineer for full-time, hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland. You will develop electronic devices that combine analog and digital circuitry, from requirements and architecture to schematic design and PCB layout, prototype debugging, and manufacturing documentation.

You will independently design PCBs and signal chains, ensuring signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability while collaborating with embedded software and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in schematic design and PCB layout.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital interaction.
• Experience with SI/PI and EMC/EMI considerations.
• Ability to bring designs from concept to working prototype.
• Proficient in reading datasheets and applying reference designs.
• Experience with DRC and manufacturing file prep.

Responsibilities

• Design schematics for analog, digital, and mixed-signal devices.
• Create PCB layouts with component placement, routing, and stack-up.
• Develop analog signal chains and digital interfaces.
• Ensure SI/PI and EMC compliance; minimize crosstalk.
• Prepare manufacturing docs: Gerber, BOM, assembly instructions.
• Prototype bring-up, debugging, and lab measurements.
• Collaborate with embedded software and manufacturing teams.
