Job summary

Sky Spy Inc in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to develop mixed-signal electronics. You will move from requirements to architecture, schematics to PCB layouts, prototype debugging and manufacturing documentation.

You should have hands-on analog and digital circuit design experience, be capable of independent PCB design, ensure signal integrity and EMC, and collaborate with software and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on schematic design and independent PCB layout ability.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design interaction.
• Understanding of signal chain characteristics, noise, and stability.
• Familiarity with PCB layout principles and EMI considerations.
• Experience with EDA tools (Altium, Cadence, KiCad) and data sheet interpretation.
• Hands-on oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator use for debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design schematics for analog, digital, and mixed-signal devices.
• Independently design and layout PCBs with proper routing and stack-up.
• Develop analog signal chains with amplifiers and filters.
• Develop digital signal chains with MCUs, FPGAs, and interfaces.
• Ensure SI, PI, and EMC; minimize crosstalk and noise.
• Design power supplies, regulation, decoupling, and protection.
• Prepare manufacturing docs: Gerber, BOM, assembly files.
