Job summary

Brightgrove Ltd. is seeking a Middle-level UI/UX Designer to craft UI designs for e-commerce platforms and landing pages.

You will maintain a scalable design system across multiple brands and collaborate with the Senior UX/UI Designer to translate concepts into production-ready designs. Ideal candidates have strong Figma skills (Auto-Layout, prototyping, theming) and experience building design tokens and component libraries, with a focus on consistency and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with multi-brand design systems.
• Professional working with Figma, including Auto-Layout, prototyping, and team file collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Figma Variables for theming, modes, and responsive behavior
• Understanding of design tokens (color, spacing, typography), including consistent maintenance and documentation
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable component libraries (variants, properties, documentation)

Responsibilities

• Building UI designs for e-commerce websites, landing pages, and digital assets
• Maintaining, further developing, and documenting the multi-brand library
• Creating digital assets and designs for A/B tests
• Ensuring that designs comply with defined standards and guidelines (UAT)
• Working closely with the Senior UX/UI Designer to translate concepts into production-ready designs
• Helping to shape governance within the teams and the company
