Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our volleyball analytics platform, spanning Web, Desktop and Mobile. You’ll work in a global, fast-paced startup environment with strong autonomy and aesthetic focus.

You’ll collaborate with frontend teams, ensure visual consistency through Design Systems, and drive modern UX/UI across the product suite. English fluency is required, with opportunities for growth and flexible remote/hybrid work from Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial design experience.
• Fluent in English; international environment experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio with commercialized web, desktop, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for Web, Desktop and Mobile.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers during implementation and testing.
• Define and maintain visual systems ensuring brand consistency across products.

Our web, mobile, and desktop apps need to run flawlessly and set the market standard in sports tech.We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines an exceptional sense of aesthetics, mature communication, and full ownership of their work.You’re the right fit if:

• You have at least 5 years of commercial experience, so your portfolio isn't 90% 'concept' projects. Your work on Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications has seen the light of day and was successfully commercialized.
• You know current UX/UI trends inside out and instantly spot what’s 'from another era.' You design modern, visually polished interfaces and interactive prototypes while keeping information architecture and complete user journeys in mind.
• You’re fluent in Figma and Design Systems, you work with existing components, but also expand and scale UX/UI standards and maintain full visual consistency across the brand.
• You set directions rather than just follow them; meaning you don't wait for 'what the client wants' specs. You understand business goals, proactively initiate redesigns for struggling modules, and can soundly justify your design decisions.
• You want to have a major impact on the interfaces and deliver end-to-end projects, collaborating closely with the frontend team during implementation and testing, but you are NOT looking for a management role.
