*instinctools is looking for a Middle+/Senior BA for one of our clients.

Location: remote

Client: is a global mobility platform with a peer-to-peer pricing model, where passengers and drivers negotiate and agree on fares directly. Founded in 2013, operates in 600+ cities across 45+ countries and offers services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, and delivery. The company focuses on fair pricing, transparency, and social impact.

Project: is Ride-hailing (Uber-like), courier delivery services, service platforms. Two-sided marketplaces (clients–service providers)

Duration of cooperation: 6-12 months+

Tasks:

• Analyze country-specific regulatory requirements
• Translate regulations into clear requirements for development
• Define rules for user eligibility, blocking, and data validation
• Support Product Managers with incomplete or unclear requirements
• Update requirements when regulations change
• Ensure implemented solutions meet compliance requirements
