Vention, based in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to automate tests for web and mobile apps, build scalable automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will mentor juniors and engage with customers in English during project demos.

The role requires 2+ years in QA automation, strong OOP knowledge, and experience with C#, .NET, or Playwright, plus Agile methods and estimation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on QA automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C#, .NET, Playwright.
• Experience developing automation frameworks and scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with project estimation techniques.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing for web and/or mobile applications using C#, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Create new automation frameworks and define their architecture.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Communicate with customers in English during demos and meetings.
• Consult on tools and approaches for test automation per project needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and share experience with the team.
