Job summary

DXC Technology Polska is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to join our German-speaking Java team in a flexible hybrid setup. You will work on projects across public, energy, automotive sectors, developing tailored software with international teams throughout the full SDLC.

The role requires at least 3 years of Java experience, strong knowledge of Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate, and German language at C1 plus good English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle).
• Familiar with frontend integrations (React, Angular).
• German language skills at C1 and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement Java features using existing and new frameworks.
• Develop concepts based on customer software architectures.
• Coordinate with customer architects and internal stakeholders.
• Document solutions in German and English with comments and specs.
