Qualifications

• Minimum 8 lat hands‑on experience w Java, Spring Boot i React.

• Solidna znajomość relacyjnych baz danych i SQL.
• Doświadczenie w CI/CD i Dockerze.
• Chęć eksplorowania i implementowania narzędzi AI (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim.

Salary: 1200 - 1600 PLN net/MD

Remote: hybrid from Poznań (perffered 1 day / week in the office)

Expected competencies and knowledge

• At least 8 years of hands‑on experience in a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture
• Excellent frontend skills: proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework(React is highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
• Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud solutions
• Experience with event-driven architectures, including Kafka and messaging solutions such as RabbitMQ
