Job summary

Gerflor Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to shape the future of its global CRM platform. Based in Poznan (PL) with at least three days in the office weekly, you will design and develop new features in Dynamics 365 CRM, build integrations, plugins, workflows, and APIs, and work with Power Platform technologies.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide Level 3 support, and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to drive CRM transformation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of CRM or Sales business processes.
• Professional English
• Eligible to work in Poland full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Shape the future of Gerflor’s global CRM platform. We are looking for a CRM & Sales Applications Developer who wants to play a key role in developing and evolving our global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by our international sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity to become one of the technical experts driving our CRM transformation while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

YOUR ROLE:

• As part of our Digital Factory team, you will:
• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs
• Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support
• Contribute to application performance, deployments and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners worldwide

YOUR PROFILE:
