Sii Poland is hiring a Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of the largest Microsoft Business Applications teams in Poland. You will design and implement Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions, work on integrations, and tailor processes to client needs.

You will collaborate with consultants and developers across international projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while leveraging Power Platform capabilities. Polish residence and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#, .NET).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Fluent in Polish and proficient English.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintaining existing ones.

• Modelling and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
