Job summary

RETCON is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant to support clients in sales, purchasing and warehouse management. The role focuses on analyzing issues, training users, and designing system solutions with remote work flexibility and occasional travel within Poland.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a similar role, logistics education, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of Dynamics AX/365 and MS SQL Server is a plus, with driving license required.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, commerce, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 in logistics and trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to conduct clear and effective consultations and training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for analytical challenges.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Category B driving licence.
