Ludia Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Solution Architect to join our growing team. The Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting customer requirements and completing the project. They will be comfortable in all aspects of delivery and capable of switching between supporting or leading customer-facing functional workshops; leading a group of functional consultants and business analysts; supporting technical roles including interface, data, and development teams; working with project and program managers to report on progress, risks, and issues; liaising with internal and customer senior stakeholders; and adjusting the approach and language for each interaction. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

As a Solution Architect, you will understand and translate functional concepts into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics suite and be comfortable discussing related Azure and Office365 aspects.

This position emphasizes consulting abilities with strong client-facing interpersonal skills. Success requires quick learning, effective communication, leadership of team efforts, and the ability to present a variety of solutions with flexibility and creativity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business process analysis and provide clear and creative solutions.
  • Lead functional consulting teams through the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure an expertly designed system architecture.
  • Maintain expertise in the functional side of D365 F&SCM software, releases, and new features, and underlying technical architecture.
Qualifications
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations
  • Strong in Warehousing and/or Manufacturing
  • Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects
  • Solid Microsoft platform software or IT experience; minimum of 5 years in a consultancy environment preferred
  • Extensive experience as a functional lead or SA working with Supply Chain Management solutions (Warehousing and/or Manufacturing)
  • Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining long-term vision to guide a customer through the implementation
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable speaking with clients at all levels within an organization
