Job summary

DOU Polska is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Consultant to deliver end-to-end projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will design use cases for Copilot, Studio, and Power Platform, and lead implementation, knowledge transfer, and user adoption across client organizations.

In a project-based role, you will bridge business needs and technology, support presales activities, run trainings and workshops, and collaborate with delivery, sales and marketing teams to ensure adoption and value

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Microsoft 365 consulting or similar role.
• Knowledge of Copilot and Power Platform in day-to-day business operations.
• Experience with change management and digital tool adoption is a plus.
• Ability to deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars.
• Certifications: AB-900, AB-730, AB-731.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Your Role

As a Microsoft 365 AI Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role follows a project-based model and covers both presales activities and project delivery.

A key aspect of this role is bridging the gap between business needs and technology — from understanding and structuring client requirements and expectations to designing use cases for relevant solutions (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform), through to implementation, knowledge transfer, and supporting user adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Microsoft 365 implementation and adoption projects, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, working with clients at different levels of technological maturity.
• Contribute to presales activities.
• Co-develop implementation concepts, use cases, and adoption plans for Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Support clients throughout the adoption process by driving user engagement, identifying barriers, and recommending actions to improve adoption.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, working as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or in a comparable position at a Microsoft partner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform in the context of day-to-day business operations and user adoption.
• Experience with new technology adoption projects, including change management and digital tool adoption, is a plus.
• Ability to deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Strong presales skills and excellent business communication skills.
• Relevant certifications: AB-900, AB-730, AB-731.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
