Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer/Consultant to design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio solutions across enterprise data sources and Microsoft 365. You will deliver AI agents and conversational flows, integrate with Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with APIs, connectors, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of conversational AI and AI agent design.
• Experience working with generative AI solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design / prompt engineering concepts.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop AI agents and conversational AI solutions supporting business processes and end users
• Create and configure topics, actions, workflows, knowledge sources, prompts, and agent behaviour
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse and external apps
• Build automation workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate
• Connect AI agents to enterprise data and knowledge sources
• Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft AI technologies where applicable
• Design solutions leveraging generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Configure authentication, connectors, permissions, security, and access to enterprise data
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation of Copilot solutions
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Consultant with hands‑on experience in designing, building, integrating, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate has practical delivery experience with AI-powered agents and conversational solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and understands how to integrate Copilot Studio with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and external data sources.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully delivered Copilot Studio solutions in real business environments rather than candidates with only theoretical, training, or proof‑of‑concept exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
