EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Microsoft 365 Copilot Lead to define the vision, readiness, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered productivity across a national retail organization in Canada. You will bridge corporate teams and frontline workers.

This role sits at the intersection of technology architecture, data governance and business transformation within a mature Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform). You will shape the Copilot roadmap and drive measurable value.

Formación

• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture at enterprise scale.
• Governance, DLP, retention, and sensitivity labels expertise.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and GPT-based agents.
• Power Platform integration for retail operations.
• English proficiency; Polish language beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the Copilot deployment roadmap across the organization.
• Lead enterprise-scale tenant administration for Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Oversee governance: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and permissions.
• Manage security including Conditional Access, access reviews, and oversharing audits.
• Build custom agents, plugins in Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and dataflows for retail.
• Set content architecture: taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle management.
• Drive frontline engagement with Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Engage.
• Develop adoption and ROI measurement using Copilot Dashboard and Viva Insights.
• Maintain fluency in Copilot licensing models and roadmaps.
