About the Team

Facilitator to ensure that ZF maintains financial health and achieves its targets.

Transparency on key financials, including headwinds and upside opportunities for stakeholder communication.

Monitoring and analyzing financial performance metrics supporting decision-making.

Identification and early warning of risks. Integral part of planning processes.

Providing digital tools, methods, and governance for the entire group.

What you can look forward to as a Methods and Tools - Performance Controlling:

• Ownership of a globally implemented measure tracking and steering tool.
• Creation of dashboards and automated reports on measures across ZF Group to foster a holistic performance overview and tracking.
• Integrating and analyzing data from different databases and sources in one global tool, including automation of reporting processes and optimization of data quality.
• Ensuring the consistency and quality of measure tracking and transparency.
• Collaboration with management and departments to support data-based decisions.
• Translating business requirements into meaningful analyses based on automated tools.
• Training and supporting internal stakeholders for the usage of the global measure tracking tool.
• Further development of measure data analysis and accomplished reporting strategy.

Your Profile as a Methods and Tools - Performance Controlling:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance and Controlling or related field.
• Ability to translate data analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Logical thinking and a structured approach to complex issues.
• Business understanding: Knowledge of business processes and financial KPIs.
• Excel and Power BI: Proficiency in Excel and, ideally, BI tools such as Power BI.
