Job summary

Bielby Group, a Finland-based company, seeks a detail‑oriented specialist to keep client Meta ads compliant and accounts healthy. You’ll audit websites, review live campaigns, and work directly with clients to fix issues quickly while using AI to speed up checks.

You’ll handle approvals, respond to rejections same day, and maintain clear written communication in English. The role is fully remote with European business hours, offers growth, and requires ownership and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Meta Advertising Standards, esp. health, supplements, landing pages.
• Detail oriented; notices small claims and misdirections.
• Confident with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written English and ability to convey tough messages to clients.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in work.

Responsibilities

• Review client websites and pages for Meta compliance; provide approvals or fixes.

• Apply tiered issue-resolution: 24h for minor issues; immediate action for serious breaches.
• Explain issues clearly to clients in Slack with Account Manager copied.
• Produce daily spend reports and flag growth or slowdown.
• Monitor rejection rates and account-health signals; alert team of risks.
• Maintain records of findings and follow-ups; stay updated on policy changes.
• Use AI tools daily to review pages, draft compliant copy and speed checks.
• Suggest automations to scale checks with less manual work.

The role

Our clients spend millions on Meta ads every month, and their results depend on their ad accounts staying healthy. Meta’s enforcement is stricter than ever: rejected ads and policy violations can quickly lead to restricted accounts and lost revenue. Today our compliance mostly reacts after Meta flags something. We want to change that.

You’ll be the person who finds problems before Meta does. You’ll approve new clients’ websites, audit live accounts, track spend and account health, and work directly with clients to fix issues quickly. This role is for someone who’s obsessed with detail, comfortable having clear conversations with clients, always learning, and who uses AI to work faster and more accurately.

What you’ll do

• Review new clients’ websites and landing pages against Meta’s Advertising Standards and our compliance rules, and give a clear approved or rejected decision with the exact fixes needed
• Handle approval requests from clients and partners quickly, so onboarding never waits on compliance
• Audit live ads, creatives, copy and landing pages regularly, not only when Meta sends a rejection
• Respond the same day to Meta ad rejections: swap non-compliant ads for compliant versions, pause them and tell the client
• Apply our tiered process: 24 hours to fix minor issues, ads off immediately for serious breaches, and offboarding for products that can’t run on Meta
• Explain issues to clients clearly and politely in their Slack channels, with their Account Manager in copy
• Produce daily spend reports across all client accounts and flag which clients are growing, slowing down or have stopped spending
• Watch rejection rates and account-health signals, and alert the team to accounts at risk before they’re restricted
• Keep an accurate record of every finding, action and follow-up
• Follow Meta policy updates and turn them into updates to our rules, SOPs and client guidance
• Use AI tools every day to review pages and creatives, draft compliant copy and speed up checks and reports, and always verify the output yourself
• Suggest automations and better tools, so we can check more accounts with less manual work

About you

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager (media buying, agency, ad ops, or policy or compliance work)
• Solid working knowledge of Meta’s Advertising Standards, especially health and supplements, personal attributes, misleading claims and landing page requirements
• Obsessed with detail: you notice the small claim, the hidden redirect or the “before and after” image that others miss
• Confident with numbers and spreadsheets
• Clear, confident written English, and comfortable telling a client something they don’t want to hear
• You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) regularly in your work and want to find new ways to use them
• Hungry to learn and stay ahead of policy changes
• You take ownership, close the loop on every finding and flag uncertainty instead of guessing
• Reliable availability during European business hours, with a stable internet connection and backup power

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience with e-commerce, DTC, nutra/supplements or other closely reviewed verticals
• Experience at an agency, ad‑tech or performance marketing company
• Knowledge of TikTok or Google ad policies
• Experience with Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets or automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Experience building checklists, SOPs or AI workflows for review work
