Job summary

Haleon plc in Poznań is seeking a MES-focused specialist to support and maintain manufacturing execution systems, with emphasis on PAS-X and UNS integrations. You will work across IT and OT to ensure data flows and system reliability in a regulated environment.

You will handle system upgrades, validation and incident management, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and contributing to automation and standardisation initiatives. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES or similar manufacturing platforms in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Ability to integrate applications and equipment across IT and OT environments.
• Familiarity with UNS platforms and HighByte or equivalent tech.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain MES platforms with focus on Körber PAS-X and UNS.
• Investigate and resolve application, platform and integration issues.
• Deliver system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery testing.
• Work with infra and tech teams to support environments (servers, OS, databases).
• Enable data flow between MES, UNS, shopfloor equipment and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to OT-IT integrations and automation initiatives.
• Support validation, audit and compliance activities per GxP.
