Job summary

LACROIX in Kwidzyn is seeking an IT/OT Integration Engineer to link machines, MES and business systems, ensuring reliable, secure data flows for daily production and digitalization initiatives.

You will lead industrial connectivity across production, engineering and IT teams, contribute to Industry 4.0 projects and gain exposure to international industrial IT networks within the group.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of automation, machinery or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration.
• Understanding of servers, infrastructure and industrial connectivity.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, C# or C++).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve connections between machines, MES and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production flows.
• Ensure data reliability and end-to-end traceability.
• Coordinate updates and improvements of industrial systems and equipment.
• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor.
• Train users and help simplify operational processes.
• Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams.
