Job summary

LACROIX is seeking an IT/OT Integration Engineer for its Kwidzyn site to connect production equipment, MES and business applications. You will join a global Industrial IT network, solving digitalization challenges and improving production traceability.

You will work with production, engineering and IT teams on Industry 4.0 initiatives, supporting international projects and delivering reliable, scalable connectivity across systems.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of automation, machinery or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, C# or C++).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish on daily work and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve connections between machines, MES and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production flows.
• Ensure data reliability and end-to-end traceability.
• Coordinate updates and improvements of industrial systems and equipment.
• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor and train users.
• Bridge between technical and operational teams; support MES evolution.
