Hometown Urgent Care in Poland is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and care teams. You will take patient histories, record vital signs, perform basic screenings, phlebotomy, and assist with examinations and procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

This role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with EMR, and CPR certification. You will help with lab paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining clean exam rooms, with travel to regional care centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a physician practice or clinic preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and EMR systems.
• Ability to work independently with high professional judgment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and record vital signs.
• Perform basic screenings (vision, hearing, EKG, urine screens).
• Conduct phlebotomy for lab samples.
• Assist with examinations and treatments under supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Schedule records and coordinate referrals.
• Ensure clean, stocked examination rooms and sterilization.
• Travel to care centers within designated region.
