Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategies across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy with clients.

You should be comfortable managing large budgets, collaborating with editors and UGC creators, and proving impact with CPA/ROAS metrics. If you love testing frameworks and moving fast, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands with paid media.
• Ability to show CPA/ROAS results and revenue impact.
• Experience building or operating a Shopify store preferred.
• Creative testing and framework-building experience.

This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer. You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works. What You’ll Do

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok

You’re A Great Fit If…

You have hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands:

• You've managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue)
• Bonus: You've built/operated your own Shopify store or eComm brand

You understand creative is the lever:

• You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new angles
• You've written UGC scripts or creative briefs
• You can work with editors to create winning ad variations
• Video editing or design skills are a plus
