Baskervill in Poland seeks a Mechanical Designer/Engineer to transform early design concepts into buildable HVAC and mechanical systems. You will work with architects and engineers on diverse building types and contribute to construction documents in Revit.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, a bachelor’s in engineering, and basic knowledge of codes. Travel and field work may be involved; hybrid work is available, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of mechanical building-systems design experience.
• EIT is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical Code, ASHRAE, Energy Code, building codes and cost analysis is preferred but not required.
• Experience with HVAC load calculation software (e.g., TRACE 3D Plus, HAP) is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop HVAC and mechanical system designs for a diverse range of building types, translating concepts into constructible solutions.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations; size ductwork, piping, and equipment; help develop specs.
• Develop coordinated mechanical drawings and construction documents in Revit with architectural and engineering teams.
• Support equipment selection, code reviews, and quality checks to keep designs accurate and buildable.
• Provide client and consultant communication.
• Field work and some travel as required.
