Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who will be responsible for the design and development of new mechanical products, including performing analysis, preparing concepts and creating technical documentation. The candidate should have CAD experience, knowledge of plastic injection molding technology, and the ability to define dimensional tolerances. The project is conducted in remote or hybrid mode.

Your tasks
  • Design and development of new products and mechanical assemblies in cooperation with the internal development department
  • Prepare and evaluate concepts and variants of technical solutions
  • Performing calculations, simulations and tolerance analyses
  • Creating and updating technical documentation
  • Collaborating with other departments and with external partners (remotely and, if necessary, on-site)
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of design principles and development of mechanical components and systems (especially plastic injection technology)
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Creo preferred)
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of FEM analysis and working with simulation software and PLM/PDM systems (e.g. SAP, ARAS)
  • Experience in safety technology, gas detection or related industry
  • Ability to create technical drawings, bill of materials and technical documentation
